 In the past few years I have had many opportunities to conduct training: HR subjects, Lean/Six Sigma, Company objectives, etc. This does not make me an expert trainer, but it has made me quite discerning when evaluating other people's training methods, especially when they are training me!  Great class sandy was excellent teacher walking thru the process of fire damage smoke class even tho I am a carpet cleaning technician that just needed credits has some good information about upholstery cleaning in fire damage. Thank you for what you do

He and his daughter Tracey worked together to make the two-day online class very engaging — using quizzes and even having attendees read sections of the manual out loud. For the first time in all the courses I’ve taken, Doug is the only instructor who actually went through the entire book without skipping sections.
