A three-day comprehensive training program for technicians on the national standards for remediation of water-damaged structures.
* Odor Control and Deodorization (OCT)
This one-day program covers the technical and applied practices for counteracting the most difficult odor sources.
* Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT)
A two-day class that gives technicians in the industry the most in-depth approach to being successful with even the most difficult jobs. Our extensive training includes a manual that can be used as an effective field guide.
* Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
Our two-day program covers the latest information to equip professional carpet cleaners on carpet construction, cleaning chemistry, equipment and much more. We also teach when and how you can restore carpet.
* Upholstery & Fine Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT)
This two-day event takes one of the most challenging and difficult trades and boils it down into simple and effective procedures. We take the worry and liability out of cleaning and demonstrate how to get superior results.
Included is information on how and when you can restore fabrics.
* Trauma and Crime Scene Cleaning Technician (TCST)
This two-day course will prepare students to inspect, clean, and decontaminate crime and accident scenes with blood, body fluids, and other potentially infectious materials such as bloodborne pathogens and infectious disease.
* Contents Processing Technician (CPT)
This two-day course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding to competently recover, inventory, manipulate, pack, clean, and process personal property and contents contaminated with fire residues, exhaled smoke residues, water, mold, blood and body fluids, infectious disease, regulated and hazardous materials, irritating powders, animal markings, and more!
We are approved to conduct state-approved courses that qualify for required Continuing Educational Credits (CEC) for insurance agents and adjusters, as well as IICRC Certified technicians. Course credits and availability may vary from state to state, so call us for further information.
